-Ph.D. or equivalent experience in natural sciences or engineering
-Substantial hands-on experience in micro/nano-fabrication and cleanroom processes
-In-depth knowledge of advanced lithographic techniques, DRIE, thin-film deposition
-A good publication record demonstrating original thinking, and ability to conduct research both independently, and collaboratively
-MEMs/NEMs and/or microfluidics device modeling and nanofabrication is a plus
-Effective written and oral communication skills
